Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out: 12:00 PM noon.
• To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, check-in begins at 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
• Guests are advised to contact us in advance for confirmation.

Booking approval and cancellation

• A valid means of identification must be provided before a booking is approved.
• No refunds and no cancellations for all bookings.
• Guests may take pictures or videos of things in the apartment when it is shown to them, for evidence purposes only.

At DamiTouch Shortlet & Apartments, we make booking simple and convenient. Guests can reserve their preferred apartment through any of the following methods:

Once payment has been made, kindly send proof of payment via WhatsApp to +234 812 651 7690 to confirm your reservation.

Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. Guests will receive a booking confirmation message with their check-in details.

House rules

• No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Burns on furniture will result in forfeiture of the caution fee.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• No unauthorized gatherings or parties. All gatherings must be pre-approved.
• No DJ, external speakers, or external equipment allowed.
• Keep noise to a minimum and respect estate regulations.
• Leave the apartment tidy.

Caution fee policy

• The caution fee will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
• Smoking indoors, unauthorized gatherings, damages to furniture or fittings, and leaving the apartment excessively dirty may result in full or partial forfeiture.
• If the cost of damages exceeds the caution fee, the tenant will be liable to pay the remaining balance.

Estate rules

• No fighting, physical confrontations, aggressive behavior, or violent behavior. Penalty: ₦50,000 fine and immediate termination of stay without refund.
• No loud shouting or noise pollution outside the compound. No yelling, music, or gatherings outside the building between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Penalty: ₦30,000 fine per incident.
• No parties or unauthorized gatherings unless pre-approved by management. Penalty: ₦50,000 and possible eviction.
• No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Penalty: ₦25,000 cleaning fee if violated.
• No illegal activities.
